Refund policy

Our return and refund policy allows customers to return items within 5-7 business days for a full refund. To initiate a return, customers must pay for the return shipping fees and send the items back to the address provided on the original shipping label. Once the returned product is received by the manufacturer, a refund for the product and the original shipping charge will be processed within 3-5 business days. Please note that the cost of the return shipping is not covered by RBN skin care and must be paid directly to the post office or shipping company of choice.
